Phipps Masonry was proud to complete the exterior masonry work for the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, helping bring this new SouthPark location to life with a clean, modern stone facade.
The goal of this project was to create a bright, welcoming exterior that matched the restaurant’s coastal-inspired design while delivering the durability required for a high-traffic commercial space. Our team focused on precision installation and clean detailing to ensure the masonry complemented the surrounding wood accents, awnings, and signage elements.
This commercial build required careful coordination with other trades and close attention to layout, alignment, and finish quality. From surface preparation to final placement, every detail was installed with long-term performance in mind. The result is a polished exterior that enhances curb appeal and provides a strong architectural foundation for the space.
