Phipps Masonry recently completed interior stone installation for the all-new Dean’s Italian Steakhouse, located on the first floor of the JW Marriott in Uptown Charlotte.
This project centered around creating a warm, upscale atmosphere that matched the restaurant’s modern Italian steakhouse concept. The goal was to deliver clean, natural stone features that added texture, depth, and character to the space while maintaining durability for a high-traffic hospitality environment.
Our team installed custom interior stonework throughout the dining area, helping define the layout and enhance the overall guest experience. The stone walls serve as a visual anchor for the space, complementing the wood ceiling beams, ambient lighting, and contemporary furnishings.
Careful planning and precise installation were key to achieving consistent stone placement and seamless transitions between architectural elements. We worked closely with other trades on site to ensure timelines stayed on track and the masonry integrated smoothly with the surrounding finishes.
